GTS attracts the cream of the crop in driver talent. The average GTS Driver has six (6) years of over the road experience. GTS drivers exceed DOT (Dept. of Transportation) requirements.

Criminal background checks are done for every applicant. All GTS drivers complete a three-day orientation which includes:

• Extensive 10-mile road test
• Must pass routing and log exams

We drug and alcohol test 5% more drivers than required by DOT.

GTS verifies two years of employment information beyond DOT requirements.
